Client detached old website and wants to revive it

I have a client that had a website designed a while back. When she detached the domain to the site, she was given the backup files for both the site files and database. It looks like she used to have the site hosted with GoDaddy, but designed in WordPress. Being fairly new to the WordPress platform and website development, how can I use those backup files to create the site again on WordPress?

Do you know anything more about the backup files? Typically, a WordPress backup will be an xml file. We have instructions for importing such a file (as well as lots of other information) here:
