my client’s WordPress website was hacked during upgrading and we cannot access with our credentials and the client can’t get a response from her emails—can you assist whom to contact?

The domain you mentioned appears to be hosted by Wix. It’s not using the WordPress software as far as I can tell. Can you share the address of the WordPress site you’re referring to?
Note that we can help with WordPress.com sites on this forum. If your site is using the WordPress.org software and is hosted elsewhere, you’ll need to contact the hosting service provider for help. We are happy to point you in the right direction, but you may need to post on the WordPress.org support forum if your site is using the WordPress.org software.
