  I am trying to close my account but it shows that I still have a theme purchased and have no option to delete this purchase. I want all pages of my account closed because someone found my “contact me” page somehow today. Could someone please help me delete this theme? Thank you!

  A member of staff is required to delete a “never expiring” theme. I have tagged staff to assist you. There may be a delay as it is the weekend (and many staff are away at a conference). In the meantime you could always delete your “Contact me” page, or even go to Settings and make your whole site private.

  No problem, I’ve removed the premium theme from counselingwithelyse.wordpress.com and you should now be able to close your account with these steps:
