  I want to close my account and make a new account I don’t want the 1789 in any part of my account at all

  Have you considered just changing your username?

  Change Your Username

  You can also change the address for your site without deleting the site first:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/

  That said, if you were hoping to get the username alyssa, you can’t, as that username, and the site address, alyssa.wordpress.com, both already exist.
