  i am trying to close my account but it won’t let me

  I do not see any active upgrades under your account which is usually the reason users are not able to close their account. Are you receiving a message when you attempt to close your account?

  Yes I get this message “Sorry, there was a problem closing your account. Please contact support”.

  I see you had some credits still in your account from a refund three years ago. That shouldn’t prevent you from closing your account, but I’ve reset those just in case. Please try again now.

  oh wow.. I logged in and I do not see any credits? how do I find that?

  ok I tried again and it still will not allow me to delete it and ask for support. I cleared my history and logged out and it will not work.. ??

  I think it found it now, there was a latent thing in our billing system, a subscription that was removed from billing but not from ownership for some reason.

  Alright, please try again, I’m much more confident now. :)
