  Hi, I would like to close my account or unmap a domain.
  I installed a new WordPress on another registrar but now I have 2 different websites, one over http (the new one) and the old one (https) in here that I want to delete. Domain name comes from that registrar too.
  How can I delete it ?

  And…I can’t access the wp-config.php file in the hosting configuration panel !

  Sounds like you are set up on the open source WordPress.org software. That’s different from using the managed hosting environment we offer here at WordPress.com. Please share the site URL so we can confirm for you.
