  I’m trying to close my so-called account. I typed the info in but, it won’t close. You took my money and NEVER did a thing for me. I found a real company and opened a great web-site but, keep getting these stupid computer generated e-mails telling me how great my site (which I don’t have) is. Please close this dismal failure!

  Hi @pastorron751208ef4dc, I see a Jetpack connection here, which is likely why you still have an account. Your new site may be using that.

  That said:

  I don’t see any purchases on this account, and the only emails I see from the past month are from today: one for logging in, and a notification of this forums post.

  Is there any chance you have a different account with us? Could you check the address here:
  https://wordpress.com/me/account

  … and confirm that’s the same email address that’s getting notifications?
