  In order to facilitate the closure of your account, we’ll first need to manually downgrade your former Business Plan site to a free site, which may result in the loss of any content created with plugins.

  I’m sure this is what you want, but as it could result in data loss, we do need to ask for confirmation first.

  Correct, you can downgrade the account and delete all data associated with it.
