  At the moment it is not possible to close your account, as your site (principalsamples.wpcomstaging.com) is still up and running on our business hosting.

  To allow you to proceed we will need to revert this site, which is permanent and cannot be undone. Do you have any website contents you wish to save to your computer before we proceed?
