  I am unable to close my account. I ended all subscriptions, however it has been over 2 days and it is till not ready.

  Hi there,

  To be able to close your account I need to downgrade your site which was on the Business plan. This process will delete all of that site’s contents, so I need your confirmation before proceeding.
