  Hi. I am trying to close this account so I can use this email address for my business wordpress account. I can’t figure out what purchases need ot be managed and how to do so. I haven’t used this account in a long time.

  If you close your WordPress.com account, the email address will not be available for use on another account for 30 days. Are you looking to create a new site with the Business plan? Or do you have another account with the Business plan where you want to use this email address?
