  I’m trying to permanently close my account but it won’t let me because I have an active purchase. The only purchase I can find is ‘The Ultimate Traffic Guide’ with no expiration date. Please tell me what I need to do to delete everything.

  I’ve gone ahead and removed that purchase from your account. You should now be able to proceed with closing your account without any further issues.
