Close Account and Refund

    The reason i am contacting you is because I want to close my account and I want a refund for a bill that you charged me on June 2, 2020 for $24. i have not used my account for 2 years now and do not remember doing automatic renewals on my credit card. Please remove my credit card number from your database and send me back the $24 that you have billed me. If this is the wrong department please forward me to the right department because it is near impossible to find where to contact wordpress for this kind of stuff. Thank you

    You cancelled the domain after the refund period has already ended, but in this case I’m able to still process a late refund for you. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

    All WordPress.com upgrades renew automatically by default. You agreed to this when you accepted our terms of service and renewal policy when you bought that domain in July 2018. We sent several reminder emails before the renewal was processed, with the first being sent on May 3. If you didn’t receive those, your email provider might have filtered them as spam.

    In order for you to close your account completely, we’ll need to revert your site, internationalcannabisexchange.wordpress.com, to how it was before you installed any plugins. This process cannot be reversed, and will cause any content you added to your site since then to be lost, so please confirm if we should proceed with that.
