Close account, and request for refund.

I used to open this account long time ago for learning to create website. But I finally can’t do it and didn’t use this account since that time. But 2 days ago I’ve charged for $226 for woocommerce app or something. I want to cancel it and request a refund, because I don’t use it any more.

I’m not seeing any WordPress.com subscriptions on your account. I do see that you have subscriptions for WooCommerce products. Please go to https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/ after logging in to WooCommerce.com using your WordPress.com account and send WooCommerce an email to cancel the subscription renewals and get a refund.
You can also follow the instructions here to cancel the subscriptions and get a refund by yourself from within the WooCommerce.com dashboard: https://woocommerce.com/refund-policy/
