    Hi there,

    To be able to close your account, I need to downgrade your site, which was on the Business plan. This process will delete all of that site’s contents, so I need your confirmation before proceeding.

    Also, if you’re comfortable sharing, it would be very helpful for us to understand what led to your decision to close your WordPress.com account. Did you experience any difficulties or challenges with our service? Perhaps there’s a feature you were looking for that wasn’t available?
