Close Account Error

    Hi there,

    We’ve removed all of our plans but the system is still not allowing us to close our account after a day. Can you please help ensure this gets wrapped up?

    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there,

    To be able to close your account, I need to downgrade your site which was on the Business plan. This process will delete all of that site’s contents, so I need your confirmation before proceeding.

    By the way, I’m curious to know: was there any particular reason you decided to cancel your plan? We value feedback from our users as it helps us to continuously improve.
