  Can I close an account I don’t have access to

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  That is not possible. An account can only be closed by the logged-in account owner. We cannot close an account on your behalf, and definitely not a different account than the one you’re contacting us from.

  You can see here for the account recovery options we have to help you regain access to the account. You’ll have to do that before you can close it.
