How can I speak to a customer service rep? I have tried to close out my accounts before and I’m still being charged. I need to cancel them. Thank you, Joe

Hi Joe, it looks like you may have more than one account with us, since I don’t see charges on this one. There are a few ways we can help with this though.
– If you’ll use the secure form at wpchrg.com, you can look up a recent charge, then contact Billing directly. I’d recommend this.
Or,
– If you’ll log out, then log back into the account that gets renewal reminders and what not, you can reply here or contact support directly, since paid plan accounts get direct support. We’ll be able to help from there.
