  It appears that you’ve purchased a hosting plan from Bluehost. So, you need to contact them about the refund you want.

  The forum you have posted is for the WordPress.com hosting platform which is different than the WordPress software that your site is using. You can learn more about these differences here:

  Hi I really need to close down my word press account but it says user cannot delete site API. What does this mean??

  @activecaninepaws, try disconnecting your site first, as explained here:
