  Hey there, here’s how you can close an account:

  If you change your mind, just respond to the closure email within 30 days so we can restore it for you. Otherwise you’ll need to set up a new account with a different username.

  Speaking of different usernames, if you have another account you also want closed, be sure to log in as that user, especially if that account has any upgrades.
