    I have tried all support info. You say you are here to support, but you are not helping me.
    I have gone to the ? and done everything suggested. I want my account closed permanently.

    I have already done all the necessary things, but I still am unable to close my account.
    Please give me a phone number or connect me with a live person chat.
    I am so frustrated trying to find help on this site!

    Hi there!

    I see that the WordPress.com Business plan was recently canceled/expired. It’s still not fully reverted from the plugin-enabled platform, which is preventing the site from deletion. I can go ahead and fully revert the site so that you can close your WordPress.com account.

    Have you exported all the content already from the site if you need them? Reverting a plugin-enabled site will remove all plugins and data generated by them. So, I wanted to get your confirmation before reverting the site.

    Please confirm, and we’ll take care of it so that you can close your account.
