  I want to have a different​ URL with my email, so Im going to close my account and the open another one, is that the right thing to do?

  Maybe. Maybe not. Note that you won’t be able to create a new account using the same email address for 30 days.

  If you want a different site address you could just start an additional site or change the address of the one you’ve already got.
