  Please close my account. I understand this will delete my websites and I will not be able to open a new account using this email address for 30 days.

  Hi there,

  Only someone logged into an account can close it. We never close an account on a user’s behalf.

  You can close your account from the Account Settings page:

  https://wordpress.com/me/account/

  If you’re unable to close your account, it’s because you have a site that used to be on our Business plan and using plugins or a custom theme, isewaustralia.com, which expired in August 2018.

  Such a site cannot be deleted unless we first revert it back to how it was before you installed any plugins, and that process will cause any content added to the site while plugins were installed to be deleted. Please confirm if we should revert that site for you.
