  Hi @yuhui700216, I used Google Translate to understand you want to close your account because you tried to stop renewals and you were charged anyway.

  I don’t see any charges related to this account, but we’ll help you resolve this. We have a few options:

  – You can log out, and log back using the account associated with the charges

  – If you aren’t sure what that is, you can use the form at wpchrg.com to find the correct account

  If the form there isn’t working for you, please send us a link to the site associated with the charge & we’ll go from there.
