  I would like to close my account. I have multiple ones and will only be using my other one.

  Hi there, have you tried closing this account and were advised to contact support? If so, you may have an upgrade that needs to be cancelled first. https://en.support.wordpress.com/close-account/#cancel-purchases-first

  Hi there,

  You have a site that installed plugins on our Business Plan, and you still have a domain mapping upgrade active on the site as well.

  Before you can delete that site and close your account we’ll need to revert it to how it was before you installed any plugins, and that will cause all content added to your site since then to be lost.

  Please confirm if we should go ahead with that, and also if we should cancel the domain mapping upgrade.
