Close my account and get refund

    Hey, I forgot that I have a WordPress acct., but my bank acct. was debited last night and I need that money back n my acct. Can I close my acct. and get a refund. Unfortnately, I forgot about this site because I don’t use it.

    Do you know for which upgrade and on which site you were charged? The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any upgrades with us, and we don’t have a credit card on file for you that we could have charged.

    If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. You can also use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
