Close my wordpress account

I have just been charged for another year of WordPress although this account was supposed to have been closed months ago, and my domain name no longer works. I am afraid to completely delete the account before getting a refund. I can’t seem to find anyone to talk to about money – except for how to pay WordPress, of course. Please help as the payment is supposed to hit tomorrow and I don’t want to be charged for another year of a site I don’t even own anymore.

What is the URL of the site associated with the purchases?
I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.
If you do not have access to that second account, here are a few options:
