Close WordPress Account

Please close account, I have transferred domain to Squarespace.
The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff). It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.

Wordpress.com doesn’t cloe accounts or sites on demand. Only the owner is able to do so. To close a site, https://wordpress.com/support/delete-site/, or to completely close your wordpress.com account, https://wordpress.com/support/close-account/

I am the owner, when I went to the section to close the account, it routes me to the forum for some reason. I dont have any active upgrades, the domain has already been transferred to Squarespace. I don’t understand why the system will not allow me to delete my account.

Sites on our Business hosting cannot be deleted in the usual way, but require the help of staff since it can lead to permanent content loss.
To clarify, you have successfully migrated all your site contents from WordPress.com to your new host? I can remove ginblossomscomiccom.wpcomstaging.com on this end but it is permanent and cannot easily be undone so I want to be sure you have everything you need moved over to ginblossomscomic.com on Squarespace.
