closed an account

    Hi, my friends somehow closed his WordPress account, but the website still exists. And he tries to delete his website, but when he tried to sign in his account there was some error, and he cannot log in even try to recover his acc but still error.
    ‘https://veprojectuum.wordpress.com/’ this is his website.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi –

    The account associated with veprojectuum.wordpress.com has not been deleted. In order to work on that site we need to hear from them under the vesproject

    Hi – how could vesproject contact you when he could not log into his account?
    When he tries to log into his account there’s word saying that the account has closed, then he needs to fill the form of recovery. But when he filled the recovery form it says to click on forgot the password to claim his password then when he filled the email at forgot the password, it will be an error means that the account has been closed then the cycle keep repeating.

    The account is definitely not closed and was last logged into yesterday.

    They changed their email address, but did not click the confirmation link in the confirmation email, hence the problem.

    Once they click that link, they can log in, and just delete the site https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/ or close the account: https://en.support.wordpress.com/close-account/
