Closed my account, wanting to open a new one using the same email

  Why can’t i use an email address to create a new account, even though i have closed a previous one using the same email?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi –

  After 30 days you should be able to switch the email address to the previously used one on the new account. Otherwise, you need to reinstate the first account. To do that, reply to the closure notification we sent you. Then, when you sign in there, switch the account email to a throw away option, which will free up the email for the second account.
