  Will closing my account affect my Bluehost account, that is affiliated with WordPress?

  Hi there,

  You’re using the open source WordPress software at Bluehost, which is something completely separate and different from WordPress.com, and your admin login on that site is an account that exists only on that site, with no link at all to your WordPress.com account.

  Unless you manually connected such a site to WordPress.com using the Jetpack plugin, closing your WordPress.com account won’t have any effect at all on any WordPress site hosted at another provider.
