    I bought a site name last year and attempted to create a web.
    It was beyond my 78 years and I have decided to have a local professional web master create my site. It has been done. Is there any chance I can recover my charges?

    Our purchases are refundable for 30 days. There isn’t a history of any purchases being made from this user account, though. Can you tell me what account you were using? From there we can evaluate the refund eligibility. Thanks.
