Closing Account

    I want to close my account but have an account with a different address, will closing this one affect the other one?

    Hi there,

    If you have two accounts with WordPress.com and close one of them, it should not affect the other account nor the sites that associated with that account. However, if you close an account with multiple sites under it, all of those sites are also closed. Therefore, if you are wanting to delete a site under an account with more than one site under it, I recommend simply deleting the site rather than closing the account:

    Delete a Website
