closing account

  I’d like to close my account but it says that it will delete all my sites. Under my site currently there is listed a blog where I just contributed – if I close my account, will it merely just delete the posts that I posted on that site, or the whole site altogether? (I did not create the site originally just wrote one post)

  Hi there,

  If you’re a contributor on a site you don’t own, your account will just be removed from that site. The site itself will not be deleted, nor any content you contributed to that site. If you want your posts on that site to be deleted as well, you’ll have to delete those yourself before you close your account, or contact the site owner to remove them for you if you’ve already closed the account.

  Only sites owned by your account are deleted when you close your account.
