hi,
please assist immediately. I have found this website extremely difficult to use and very frustrating. I would like to close my account and a full refund immediately. this website has caused extreme aggravation. I also need to know how to get access to my domain name that is registered on this site- please cancel the domain name here and let me know when I will have access to it.

For what upgrade, and on which site, would you like a refund?
The account you used to post here does not own any sites, and has never bought any upgrades nor registered any domains with us.
If you own a domain on WordPress.com you’ll need to be logged in as the account that owns it in order to cancel it. However, if you still want to use the domain you should not cancel it, as cancelled domains do not become available immediately, and we cannot guarantee you’ll be able to register a domain again later should you cancel it.
If you wish to close this account you can do that from the account settings page:

I really do not know what happened. I had created a whole website on WordPress, maybe it was deleted? I really do not know. However I believe my domain name is still registered and I would like to access I ton a different website. I need to know my EPP code, but I do not know where I should be looking for that. In addition, I expect to be refunded since I do not have a website and this has been a complete waste of time. I have tried contacting someone multiple times.
