Closing Account

    Someone recently created a false account under my name. I am in the U.S., and it appears they are possibly in Kiev though I can’t be sure. With advice from emails from your support team, I was advised to change my password which I just did and then to close the account. I attempted to close the account, but received no confirmation that it had been closed. Your site allowed me to log in again after supposedly having closed the account. This is a nightmare — I want to close this account.
