  i need to close my account but am paid for a year. i would like to be reimbursed for months not used

  It is possible to request a refund of the Plan under the following conditions:
  WordPress.com two-year or annual plans are refundable within 14 days of purchase or renewal.
  WordPress.com monthly plans are refundable within 7 days of renewal.

  When the refund is available, you can request it directly from the administrative area of the site.

  You can also close your account on your website:
  https://wordpress.com/support/close-account/

  Hi there,

  As @julinedossantos1 mentioned, our refund policy for paid plans is 14 days and after that, we are no longer able to process a refund for the upgrade.

  Manage Your Purchases

  I can however reactivate your plan if you would like to use it for the rest of the subscription length. Please let me know.
