Hi there,
To be able to close your account, I need to downgrade your site, which was on the Business plan. This process will delete all of that site’s contents, so I need your confirmation before proceeding.
We genuinely value your feedback and would love to know why you decided to cancel your plan and close your account. Is there something specific you weren’t happy with? Anything we can assist you with or improve upon?

We need you to message us from the @aronshadbolt account and confirm that you agree to the site downgrade process as described in my previous message. If you agree, we’ll downgrade your site and then you’ll be able to close the account on your own.
