  i will no longer able to use same email again to wordpres after closing my account

  Hi there,

  You’ll be able to use the same email again for a different account after 30 days, when it is deleted from the current account.

  Do you want to use the email with a different account that already exists, or are you planning to create a new account? If you’re planning to create a new account, you can instead just change the username of the existing account without deleting anything:
