Closing account

  Hi, I have a wordpress.com account that I would like to close. I also have two wordpress.org websites through Go Daddy that I would like to keep. The wordpress.com account and wordpress.org accounts have different emails. If I permanently close my wordpress.com account, will it affect my wordpress.org account?

  We’ll be sorry to see you go but your WordPress.com account can be closed with these steps:

  Close Your Account

  If I permanently close my wordpress.com account, will it affect my wordpress.org account?

  No, your WordPress.org account and sites are separate from WordPress.com, so closing your account here won’t remove any of those :)

  carleehebertblog.wordpress.com is only site owned by the account you are logged in to and only this one will be deleted when closing the account.
