  I know there was a refund offered if you were not happy with WordPress, however I am not sure what the timeframe was. I am thinking about cancelling my account and wanted to know if there is a refund available for me?

  This is the WordPress.com support forum. WordPress.com have a 30 day window for refunds. However the site listed above isn’t hosted here. It is hosted by BlueHost. The domain/site was created 1st September. BlueHost also have a 30 day refund policy so it seems you are too late.
