  Hello I forgot I even had this account because I do not use it until I was charged 117.00 in January. I would like to close my account and be refunded the 117.00 since I no longer need a website. What do I need to do get get a refund? Thanks!

  I have refunded your recent renewal payment. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

  If you want to close your account completely, you can do that from the Account Settings page:
