Closing account question

    I have not used this account since December and forgot that it was on an automatic renewal. Can I get reimbursed for this before I close this account? I don’t have any other sites with WordPress.

    The account that you’re using to post here does not own any upgrades on WordPress.com, and we don’t even have credit card details on file for you.

    If you were charged for a WordPress.com upgrade renewal, it was for a site in a different account. Do you know the address of the site you were charged for, or can you give the email address where you received the receipt and/or notifications of the renewal?
