  If I would like to close my account? Am I refunded for the months of subscription I have not used?

  Hi jennagoldsmith19,

  We have a 30 day refund policy for plans but I’m afraid we are unable to issue prorated refunds for unused months. I noticed the account you are contacting us from hasn’t purchased an upgrades on WordPress.com though, which site did you want a refund for?
