Closing an account

  Hello,

  It seems I have two WordPress accounts, both with the same email attached. I would like to remove Callielily12 and use FloralFix (through GoDaddy) for the primary account.

  Can I delete the callielily account with no effect to the FloralFix account?

  Thanks for getting in touch. Are both of these WordPress.com user accounts you’re asking about?

  It’s not possible for more than one user account to be connected to any individual email address. Each account with us requires a unique address.

  Are you able to sign in to both accounts? And do you have access to the email address associated with each of them? If so, you can easily change the email address to the account you want to keep.

  Just remember that you’re not going to be able to restore or get that username back in the future. It should be considered a permanent closure when making that decision.
