closing an account

  I’ve ended up with two accounts under two different email addresses, the one for this account ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) and also (email visible only to moderators and staff). I tried to close the metrocast one, as I am transitioning out of it, but the site would not let me and said ‘please contact support.’ The only option they provided for contacting support was posting here, so I hope someone can help me

  I’m not seeing any WordPress.com user accounts under the metrocast email address. What is the URL of your website? We can probably look into the situation via that information.
