Closing an account for a friend

    My former colleague created a wordpress account that she used in her work. It was connected with her work email address, but now she has not got that email anymore. She and I would like to delete her account and the blogg linked to it, but how can we do that without her email address?

    I have filled out the Account Recovery form and written a Transaction ID from 2016, but I only get a message that the Transaction ID is not correct (I have tried several times and I am sure I have not written it wrong). I also tried with the Receipt ID from the same bill, but get the same message there.
    I do not have any later bill. How do I do then?

    (Sorry, had to get a new account since I could not log in to my earlier (above)…)
