Closing and or creating new WordPress.com account for WooCommerce

I cant seem to link my WooCoomerce plugin to Jetpak properly to get the shipping function working properly . Can i just delete my wordpress.com account and start over?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

No. Don’t delete your WordPress.com account.
Try deactivating all of the other plugins on the site so that Woo and Jetpack are the only ones active. There isn’t any conflict between those two.
Let me know if this works.
