  How do I close my account?

  Hi,

  I did all that it was suggested and the only thing that pops up when I click on “close your account permanently” is “contact your support team.” That’s what I did to begin with, that’s why you received my message.

  I do not have purchases to cancel either.

  I don’t know what else to do.

  Please advise.
