  I created this site by mistake. I meant to do WordPress.org. Can I cancel this account and get a refund?

  Yes, you can cancel this account. Keep in mind that you may need it even if your site is set up with WordPress.org. Running the Jetpack, WooCommerce plugins require it. Also, you’ll need it in order to use the WordPress app.
